Baskin-Robbins has been part of the southeast Topeka community since the late 1970s, offering delicious ice creams, shakes and specialty cakes. The corporate slogan is "31 Flavors" because the company wanted to be able to offer customers a different flavor each day of the month. This store actually offers about 42 flavors.
