Starting in mid 2009, Bosco's offers a fresh new dining spot that owner Craig McCullah says may be the best lunch you can find downtown. He describes the cuisine as new urban American. To check it out, descend below street level into the 1910 building that houses Bosco’s. Inside you’ll find a chef that prepares classy dishes.

Pizzas are the star of the show. The square pizza “Tiles” are thin-crust pizzas served on granite tiles. The ingredients are fresh and often a little extra special. For example, the Hawaian pizza features seasoned grilled pork loin and fresh sliced pineapple.

Starting at 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, Bosco's is a hip bar. (Updated 6/8/09)

Went there after work yesterday & they were closed. A really cool place to go. Are they closed for good? That would be a shame.

Hip, cool, sophisticated

When going out for lunch means more than a drive-thru burger and cold fries, Bosco's is the place. A business lunch with colleagues, a place to take your lady friend, a cool joint to take a client ... Bosco's has it all covered. You will not find a better lunch in Topeka, The food, the presentation, the menu, the service are all spectacular.

Downtown Topeka is lucky to have an upscale eatery of this caliber. And, while you are probably going to pay a little more than you would for a Mickey D's extra value meal, you will not be disappointed.

For those who like to talk about revitalizing downtown Topeka, this is your chance to step up and support a locally owned, hip, sophisticated eatery.
