Blind Tiger Brewery and Restaurant

The Blind Tiger opened in 1995 offering casual dining, "good food, friendly people and great beer." Every day the bar features nine beers on tap, including four handcrafted ales from the restaurant's microbrewery. The Brick Oven Courtyard Grille launched its independence on July 4, 2006. The restaurant, open only for dinner except on Sundays, features a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for the entire family. Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is part of a franchise founded in Dallas in 1941. The franchise is known for its “Lip Smackin’, Finger Lickin’, Rib Ticklin’, Knee Slapping’, Foot Stompin’, Great Tastin’” barbecue, paired with speedy service and inexpensive prices.

Specialties include Dickey’s signature beef brisket, which is slow smoked using an overnight cooking process, as well as southern pulled pork, fall off the bone pork ribs and Virginia-style ham. There is an extensive menu of homemade side items, including waffle iron fries, jalapeno beans, fried okra and mac & cheese, as well as a variety of catering options.



Famous Dave's

Famous Dave's is all about casual, finger-licking good barbecue, featuring hickory-smoked St. Louis-style spare ribs, Texas beef brisket, Georgia chopped pork, roasted chicken, sandwiches and burgers -- all of which can be enjoyed with Famous Dave's signature barbecue sauces.
