Go to the grocery store for lunch or dinner, and let someone else do the cooking. The kitchen at this newly-remodeled Dillons churns out meals you can eat at one of their dine-in tables or take home to the family.

Home-style meals from the deli (open daily 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) include hand-breaded fried chicken and roasted rotisserie chicken. Other offerings vary by day but may include enchiladas, barbecue ribs, lasagna and barbecue chicken — all available with a variety of sides. If you're looking for something simple, try a made-to-order deli sandwich.

In the mood for something else? This store offers a Chinese kitchen (opens daily at 11 a.m.) with fresh, hot dishes. Or, try sushi made fresh daily.

When you just can't decide where to go for lunch or what to take home for dinner, the new Dillons store in Fairlawn Plaza is sure to have an answer.

Opened on Nov. 15, 2009, Dillons features a food-service area teeming with options. The Bistro offers sandwiches and home-style meals -- including fried or rotisserie chicken -- along with chef-made meals that change from day-to-day. There are separate salad, soup and sushi bars, a Chinese kitchen, a brick-oven pizzeria, a Mediterranean food bar, and Seattle's Best Coffee.

There's also a breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 to 10 a.m. Sunday, and, of course, a full-service bakery that offers individual desserts. Self-service coffee and soft drinks are available, too.

Seating is available indoors in the Bistro area and, when the weather is nice, outdoors as well. (Updated 5.24.10)

Globe, a family owned eatery, has offered authentic Indian cuisine to the downtown crowd during lunch and to family diners in the evening since 2002. All dishes - vegetables, rice, chicken, seafood, etc. - are cooked individually in the traditional style of northern India. (Updated 5.28.10)
