The Zaragoza brothers -- Pedro, Roberto and Tomas -- may have moved El Centinela to a new location, but the food remains mouth-watering Mexican. Originally on S.W. 29th, the new restaurant is spacious, with a party room that can seat 40 and a separate bar. There's a special lunch menu, a full array of margaritas and bottled beers, and a couple flatscreen TVs so you won't miss the big game.

Mexican food is really delicious and when they use agave to cook the food it becomes even better because there is a health benefit in such food.
hopefully El Centinela Mexican Restaurant uses agave in its kitchen.

This restaurant has the best food in Topeka!!!! Pedro and Rafeal are the best too!!!
