My wife went to the drive thru on April 7th and got us all beef sandwiches and fries. Everything was awesome the brisket was perfect with no fat or dryness......and the fries were fresh and crisp!
So I went back today April 15th and got a 6 oz beef sandwich and fries. When I got home I saw that every peice of beef was 50-70% fat and grisle. I could only eat one peice of meat after cutting off the fat. The rest I threw in the trash and ate my soggy fries. This is why I stopped going before and why I will never go again....... Who gives out end of day (inedible) meat at 11AM on Sunday??????

What a waste that they do not have any breakfast menu. Some people would like to go there for breakfast. Are there any reviews for its jalapeno cheese grits?

Whenever I feel like BBQ this is where I go to in Topeka. Rib Tips and Fries is my staple.

Great food, but they have been hiring staff that can't speak English. Very frustrating.

You must try the Jalapeno cheese grits. If you think you don't like grits, Grover's will change your mind. Go for the grits. The BBQ is just a bonus.

Grover's has been at it for over 20 years. Always consistent. The Grover's Special at lunch is the go-to item during the week.
