I literally just went through the drive thru and I cannot believe how rude the employees were. I have a 7 year old son who has always just wanted turkey and bread so I order a slim. While driving to the window he informs me he would like lettuce. You would have thought that I asked the staff to kill someone with the reaction I got. The kid at the actual window was great but all of the others behind him were extremely rude about it. I was told next time that I need to order a different sandwich if I want lettuce, guess what there will NEVER be a next time! I happen to be a local restaurant owner and if I EVER saw my staff treat a guest that way they would be told to leave immediately and not bother returning. Everyone parent understands my pain in this situation. Whomever owns this particular restaurant needs to do some SERIOUS customer service training. BTY, when the drive-thru window is open the customers can hear everything you say! Rocket science I know...kind of about as difficult as adding a little lettuce to a sandwich.

best bread BUT...

Hands-down the best bread in the industry, very much like good bread in Europe...but there is hardly any meat on the sandwiches...if you doubt it, order a sandwich with no veggies and see what you get. Honestly, a fully dressed sandwich is AT LEAST half lettuce.

<3 me some JJ's

Love this place!

JJ's is awesome, Freaky Fast service and amazing bread make this an awesome spot for me when I am able to visit them. They Deliver around the Wanamaker corridor also which is awesome but its a pretty small area.

Best Part is you can buy loafs of bread for like .25$ the day after. It keeps good for about 2 days. Awesome when you wanna make your own at home.
