The Jose Pepper's franchise originated in the Kansas City area, and specializes in fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine.
CEO Tom Hance said Jose Pepper’s strives to provide a fun, extremely casual dining experience. “It’s a very warm atmosphere,” he said. “It’s festive with lots of bright colors – reds, greens, oranges and yellows.”
The restaurant is well known for its Espinaca Con Queso – a blend of jalapeno cheese, onions, ripe tomatoes and a touch of spinach, served with hot tortilla chips. There are also lots of child-friendly amenities including balloons, coloring books and crayons and a kids menu, making it a popular destination for families on weeknights and weekends.
