Customer Service? Not! On my way to pick up my girl from an overnight, I stopped at Kaner Coffee to get coffee and some muffins. I ordered my coffee and asked for two chocolate chip caramel muffins. The worker told me she had only made two for the day, so she could only sell me one, and I should pick another kind. I took NONE! That's like going to Walmart and not being able to buy the last two items on the shelf - that would NEVER happen. I thought small hometown business were supposed to be thankful for their customers. Seriously, just a little over a week before Thanksgiving and they are clearly NOT THANKFUL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Customer service is apparently a thing of the past for some businesses.
Fabulous smooth coffee, fast carryout---or stay as long as you want. Free WiFi !

Great coffee, friendly staff. Pleasant and funky coffeehouse atmosphere. I've been a regular for years. Go in, grab some coffee, and you can be out in a minute. They have a system where you can buy a pre-paid card (and get 2 free!) which eliminates handling money for me. When they see you, they mark the card, no need to search your purse or a box filled with cards. Parking is in front of the door. Oh--and if you save your cup, you can come back later for a free refill! I like their scones, too!
The customer base is diverse, all ages from babies to elderly are seen there, and they are kind to people with handicaps. (Easily accessible) Students come to study and groups of regulars come to talk and read the paper.
I will add that I recently ordered several to-go boxes of coffee to take to work. They were ready on time, and they included cups, lids, stir sticks, napkins, sugar and cream. It was great! People loved the coffee.
