For the more health conscious, Taco Bell offers a Fresco menu, replacing cheese and sour cream with pico de gallo, a healthy mix of fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro and chili peppers. This Taco Bell has a drive-through for customer convenience.



The Southern Star Cafe

5900 S. Topeka Blvd., Topeka

Coming in to replace the longtime South Topeka staple Pat's Pig, The Southern Star Cafe opened in late summer 2014. Offering barbecue, burgers and more barbecue, Southern Star offers a mobile kitchen and catering.



The Vinewood

2848 SE 29th St, Topeka

Open for private parties by appointment only, the Vinewood has been a Topeka venue since 1890. With a large, spacious wood dance floor, the Vinewood offers a plethora of entertainment options, including dancing, dining, seminars, special events, receptions and parties. The Wendy's chain started when Dave Thomas opened the first restaurant in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio.
