North Topeka Golf Center

The North Topeka Golf Center plans to expand its food offerings beyond sandwiches, chips and candy bars in April 2009 to offer hot dogs and hamburgers, too. There’s 3.2 beer for chilling out after nine holes of golf or 18 holes of miniature golf.

Hours vary depending on the season. In the winter, the golf center is open from about 10 a.m. until dark. Summer hours are generally 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The snack bar typically opens about 10:30 a.m. and stays open until about 2 p.m.



NOTO Burrito

Topeka's Panda Express opened in October 2012.

For a national chain, Panda Express delivers one-of-a-kind signature entrees such as Orange Chicken and zesty Beijing Beef.

Panda Express started in 1973 when Andrew Cherng and his father, Ming-Tsai, opened the fine dining restaurant Panda Inn in Pasadena, Calif. Andrew had a vision of offering delicious signature Chinese entrees to a wider audience and in 1983 opened the first Panda Express in Glendale, Calif. Today, Panda Express has grown to over 1,300 restaurants nationwide and continues to be family owned by Andrew and Peggy Cherng.

Look for tangy Orange Chicken as well as other traditional Chinese dishes like spicy Kung Pao Chicken and savory Broccoli Beef.

This gas station convenience store fills up North Topeka with fried chicken, biscuits and gravy and plenty of other menu choices. Petro Deli favorites include the super-popular gizzards, livers and chicken – all fried in a delicious batter bound to make you want more. The place also serves corndogs, egg rolls, breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. Pizagel's

Customers can choose from a variety of crispy thin or traditional crust pizzas, with a variety of toppings ranging from traditional pepperoni and tomato sauce to more cutting edge finishes like fish, chicken and alfredo sauce.

Pizza is sold by the slice or by the pie, and is available to eat in or carry-out. The restaurant's popular bakery is open all day, so customers can purchase a bagel or espresso drink any time. Beer and wine are served at the bar, and delivery service will be added within a few months of the restaurant's opening.
