Top of the Tower, located on the top floor of the Bank of America Tower in downtown Topeka, has a long history of providing excellent food and great service for patrons who want to enjoy fine dining and a panoramic view of the Capital City.

Topeka Civic Theatre

3028 SW 8th Ave., Topeka

The Topeka Civic Theatre, at S.W. 8th and Oakley, is the place to go in Topeka for dinner and a show. Founded in 1936, the TCT now makes its home in the former Gage Elementary School – constructed in the late 1920s and notable for both its architecture and historic ties to the 1954 landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education. The building now houses two theaters, and a wide variety of shows featuring local talents are staged there, from musicals to dramas.

Topeka Country Club

2700 S.W. Buchanan, Topeka

Founded in 1905, the Topeka Country Club offers a mouth-watering menu – the perfect accompaniment to a round of 18 holes on the private club’s golf course, a swim in the Olympic-size pool or a match of tennis on one of four outdoor or three indoor courts.

Via's Pizza and More

738 S.W. Gage Blvd., Topeka

Opened in February 2008, Via's offers authentic pizzas (baked on stone), along with calzones, soups and salads.

Look for daily pizza specials wich feature toppings you won't find anywhere else in the area.

The bar serves 32 different beers and has seven locally-brewed beers on tap. Beers come from the Blind Tiger in Topeka, Tallgrass Brewery in Manhattan and 23rd Street Brewery in Lawrence. The owner-operated restaurant offers a great family atmosphere.

The restaurant went under new ownership in February 2014, now known as Via's Pizza and More.
